Does Blue Sage Inn have breakfast available?Blue Sage Inn currently offers a bagged breakfast with individually wrapped breakfast items and yogurt, juice and coffee. These items are all available for pick up in the front office. We ask that you use hand sanitizer prior to accessing the breakfast area. In the future, when allowed, we will have "make your own" waffles available for our guests.

What is the cancellation policy?Free cancellations with a 24 hour notice (One night stay charged without 24 hour notice.) Please contact us through our contact page or call 435-220-0299 if you need to cancel for any reason.

Are there any activities located on-site?Blue Sage Inn offers Cornhole and Bocce Ball to all guests! If you'd like to start a game, please come see us for balls and bags! We would love to have you start a game on our front grass area. We also offer a pergola with a gas fire pit to all guests. Please come ask the front desk if you would like the front fire pit lit.

What is the policy on smoking?Blue Sage Inn is a non-smoking establishment, we ask that you please not smoke in any room or within 25 feet of the building. There are outside areas designated for smoking, with cigarette receptacles. Blue Sage Inn will charge a $250 cleaning fee for guests who smoke inside rooms.

What is your pet policy?Due to a recent major renovation, Blue Sage Inn has designated 3 rooms for our guests with pets (we only accept dogs). Please be sure to call for requirements and availability before booking. You must request a pet friendly room when making a reservation. We charge a $15/night pet fee. Pets are not currently allowed in other rooms, so pets not approved will result in a $250 cleaning fee. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises if you bring a pet into a room that has not been previously approved. You must call to book a pet friendly room.

What are the cleaning requirements for each room?Blue Sage Inn follows all CDC guidelines regarding cleaning, we vow to uphold the highest standards of cleaning to ensure rooms are clean and safe for our guests. Each guestroom goes through a quality check after initial cleaning is complete. We use a hospital strength disinfectant for all high touch surfaces, and ask that all guests use hand sanitizer prior to touching breakfast products or products in common areas. Our rooms are all entered through outside areas.

What is the the policy on face masks?Blue Sage Inn & Suites supports your choice regarding face masks. You are welcome to enter the office with a face mask if you choose. We keep all interaction inside the front office, common area, to less than 10 minutes to help prevent the spread of viruses, and wipe all high touch surfaces after guests leave. We also have face masks available for guests who would like one when they come in to the office.
